But it’s a symptom of a disease
According to a doctor who has previously explained how to poop correctly on TikTok, it is actually possible to fart through your penis but it’s not a good sign.
Dr. Karan Rajan, who is on TikTok as @drkaranr replied to a comment who asked: “Can men penis fart?”.
The surgeon showed a video of an operation in which a strange yellow material flows out of a person’s bladder.
Dr. Karan explains: “People can fart and poo from their pee-pipe”.
“This yellow paste is actually fart and feces going into the bladder from the colon”.
“It happens if you get an abnormal connection between the intestines and the bladder”.
“Thankfully it’s rare but can happen because of inflammatory bowel conditions, cancer, or radiotherapy”.
Anyway, phallic farts are known as pneumaturia, with “pneuma” meaning “air” and “uria” meaning “pee.” It’s usually a sign of a colovesical fistula, which occurs when inflammation or ulcer forms a channel between the bladder and the colon, allowing air to pass between them and gas from your colon to end up in your urine. Infections like these are more frequent in those who have Crohn’s disease, in which the immune system attacks the gastrointestinal tract, or diverticulitis, in which irregular pouches form in the large intestine wall.
Spontaneous pneumaturia, which is less common than fistula-related pneumaturia but nonetheless conceivable, occurs when the bladder is entirely intact but the air is generated within it. Gas-producing bacteria are involved, and diabetics are more likely to experience this because the sugar in their urine feeds the germs. This can arise as a result of a urinary tract infection as well.
However, sometimes scuba divers are one group of mostly healthy people who may be exposed to this disease. Divers have a few options when wearing a drysuit since they don’t want to pee in it, yet swimming forces them to do so. That’s why some people use adult diapers, but the majority use a drysuit with a condom catheter, a tube, and a valve that allows urine to flow into the sea without jeopardizing the suit’s integrity. However, using a catheter can result in genitourinary infections, just like pneumaturia.
